Phase 1: Design & Pricing 

  1. Initial Consultation

    Consult with your Airoom Project Development Manager (PDM) to discuss scope, timing, and budget of your project.

  2. Design Development
    Our team of experts begin working with you to create your vision.
  3. Financial Options
    Our sister company, Lamb Financial, is a licensed mortgage broker providing financial assistance to our qualified clients.
  4. Specifications & Cost Approval
    We prepare specifications and materials while considering all design decisions. Together, we’ll arrive at an agreement for a fixed price.

Phase 2: Architecture & planning

  1. Finalize Drawings & Material Selections
    As you preview materials in our showroom, we create and finalize your blueprints.

  2. Permit Processing
    We manage the entire process of attending all city planning meetings and resolving any necessary changes, including permitting, zoning variations, or historic review committees.

  3. Scheduling of Materials, Labor, and Equipment
    Our Scheduling and Purchasing departments ensure that materials, labor, and equipment are ordered and delivered on time according to your specifications.

Phase 3: Construction & warranty

  1. Supervising Construction
    Your Project Superintendent, Production Manager, and Service Representative ensure consistent communication and timely, accurate project delivery.
  2. Clean-Up & Walk-Through
    At your project’s end, you and your Project Superintendent complete a walk-through and inspection to ensure your total satisfaction.
  3. Construction Warranty
    We provide an unparalleled 15-year structural & 10-year installation warranty.
